No Refunds on custom items, used items, or lost/stolen items. To be granted a full refund ship back your package *Unopened and upon arrival a refund will be granted.
Broken items: We package our items with the utmost care to ensure safe arrival, however accidents can happen during transit. In such event, ship the broken item/pieces back and it'll be recreated and shipped back free of charge.
Stolen/Lost Items: Please do understand when we ship off our items it is no longer in our hands, if we could hand deliver to ensure 100% safe arrival, we would. If your package arrives damaged or your package is stolen please contact your local Law Enforcement or USPS directly. We provide tracking codes on our packages (except Stickers).
